Our Residential Construction Lending department offers a vast array of programs to meet both a builder's financial needs and a borrower's financial position. The loan programs are designed to offer builders lines of credit, borrower's an interim construction loan, and some programs offer both the borrower and the builder additional advantages.

- Two-time Close Loan
Financing of a construction loan in the name of an individual(s) that own, have financed or plan to purchase their own lot. Ownership of the property remains in the name of the individual with construction loan draws funded directly to the builder. Once construction is completed, then close into the permanent loan.

- One-time Close Loan
Bundling the construction loan and permanent loan together to provide time savings and protection against rising interest rates during construction while maintaining a full variety of terms and loan plans.

- CoBorrower/Builder Loan
The perfect solution when you're building on a lot owned or being purchased by the builder. Buyer cosigns the loan note with the builder, pays the construction loan closing costs and monthly interest on the loan. (Form 1098 will be provided at year end to the CoBorrower.) Ownership of the property remains in the name of the builder until construction is complete. Construction loan draws are funded directly to the builder.
